Is it really so much, on a slow Winter Solstice,
To let mountains tip caps to the sway of my breasts
The banter and laughter, the dance of the trees,
Surrounding my bareness with fullness of ease
‘Tis a tit bit quite nipply, but such energy
Should never be lacking in sweet harmony
My soles to the soul of the beat of the Earth
Lilt in fairy endeavors whilst away from my hearth
Dried beans for protection, carved beech for your wishes,
Daffodil on the heart for good luck or some kisses
The patter of rain, to SPLASH! in the puddles
The longest of days for the longest of cuddles
The sound of the ocean, the crash of the waves
The idea of Nature as Lover I crave…
The wildness of raw, the thrill of serene
And worries unharness as in meadows I dream
Swirling and smiling as light hits my face
A blanket of moss underfoot leads to grace
The forest grows still, and the rivers still trickle
As the Masculine One comes to give me a giggle
Roses flush cheeky as peck turns to blush
Both fertile in passion by abundance of trust
The Feminine teases while labor ensues
While the Masculine banters and fishes in pools
He’ll catch her a dinner, either one to prepare
For sustenance waiting will soon nourish the pair
He winks at her slowly, a smile in his eyes
As a he smokes an old pipe and puts fishes on fly
She’ll weave him a basket of reeds for his catch
And together, they’ll tarry and though opposite, match
She with her strengths, and he with his drive
Legs matching in stride, as in time, to their lives
And so on this Solstice, may both Natures Unite
An abundance of love and fulfillment: Delight!
Transmuting our pain through detachment, take steps,
Our lungs serve as filters, so TAKE A DEEP BREATH!
May both Masculine, Feminine be healed in this time
And discernment of Nature be deterrent of pride
So connect with each other, the Summer and Winter,
May the Seasons of Change lead to Seasons Delivered
